Welcome to Cherry Beauty Bar & Cherry Academy ("Cherry Beauty Bar", "Cherry Academy", "we", "us" or "our").

3. Orders & Bookings

When you place an order or book a service, you are making an offer to purchase.

A booking or purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel or refuse any order where:

  • payment cannot be processed;
  • incorrect pricing has been displayed due to an error;
  • fraudulent activity is suspected;

If we cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased material for your own personal education.

  • share login details;
  • upload course materials elsewhere;
  • teach or reproduce our content as your own; or
  • commercially exploit any educational material without our prior written permission.

5. Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected product or service.

Where a payment plan or split-payment option is offered, you agree to pay all instalments by the agreed due dates.

Failure to pay outstanding amounts may result in:

  • removal from member areas;

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Educational products, online courses and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
  • Services, mentorships and training sessions are subject to the booking and cancellation terms applicable to the individual service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through Cherry Beauty Bar & Cherry Academy, including but not limited to:

  • course materials;
  • videos;
  • photographs;
  • branding;
  • logos;
  • graphics;
  • educational resources;
  • downloads;

  • documents;
  • worksheets;

  • digital products,

is owned by or licensed to Cherry Beauty Bar & Cherry Academy and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product or enrolling in a course does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
