1. Booking & Payment
Your mentorship booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
You may choose either:
- Pay in Full at the time of booking; or
- Pay 50% Today to secure your mentorship.
If you choose the 50% payment option, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your scheduled mentorship.
If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, your mentorship may be postponed until payment has been made.
2. Scheduling
Following your purchase, you will receive access to your onboarding materials and questionnaire.
Your mentorship date will be confirmed once your completed questionnaire has been reviewed and a mutually suitable date has been arranged.
3. Rescheduling
Life happens, and reasonable rescheduling requests are understood.
Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your mentorship.
Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in the loss of your booking fee or require a new booking, at Cherry Academy's discretion.
4. Cancellations
Due to the significant preparation involved in each mentorship, all payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, every effort will be made to reschedule your mentorship where appropriate.
5. Student Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible learning experience, students agree to:
- Complete the onboarding questionnaire prior to their mentorship.
- Arrive on time and prepared.
- Communicate any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or learning requirements before the session.
- Participate respectfully throughout the mentorship.
6. What's Included
Your mentorship includes the inclusions outlined on your selected booking page.
Additional services, products, accommodation, travel costs or ongoing mentoring are not included unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, documents, demonstrations, resources and educational content provided by Cherry Academy remain the intellectual property of Cherry Academy.
They are provided for your personal educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold or taught without prior written permission.
8. Results Disclaimer
Every student's progress is different.
While Cherry Academy is committed to providing high-quality education, guidance and support, individual results will vary depending on practice, implementation, experience and ongoing commitment.
No guarantees are made regarding business income, client growth or financial outcomes.
9. Photography & Content
From time to time, photographs or video may be captured during mentorship sessions for educational or marketing purposes.
You will always be asked for permission before any identifiable content is shared publicly.
